What type of warranty do you offer?

We provide a one-year warranty on perennials, trees (except
Japanese Maples), and shrubs purchased at full retail value at our
retail location. Japanese Maples are covered under warranty for the remainder
of the season in which they were purchased. Approved warranty claims will
receive a plant of equal value.

Requirements:

Original purchase receipt and dead plant must be presented
for all warranty claims. If you are unsure whether your plant is dead, please
email info@springwatergardencenter.com
with photos prior to digging up your plant.

Limitations:

Plants are living things that require proper care.
Therefore, warranty does not apply if plant death is due to neglect, extreme
weather conditions, or pests. Warranty does not apply to instances of damage
caused by a person, animal, or an act of God. Warranty does not apply to
perennials, trees and shrubs planted in containers, or if plants were not
planted in the ground within 7 days of leaving our retail location. Warranty
applies to first time plant death only, there is no further warranty applicable.

Exclusions:

  • Annual, vegetables/herbs and tropical
    houseplants are not covered under warranty.
  • Plants purchased at a discounted sale rates are
    not covered under warranty. If you wish to purchase plants at full retail value
    during a promotion to receive warranty coverage, please let staff at the cash
    know and discount will be removed.

Will I receive the exact plant pictured in the product listing?

The plant you will receive may not be the one pictured unless otherwise clearly stated. For plants that we have a larger quantity of we will use one model plant to provide a close representation of the plant you will receive. For plants that are limited or rare, we will clearly post photos of each available plant for sale. For each product in our catalog, we have provided variants in the "size of the nursery pot" that your plant is currently growing in. Eg. Size 4" = 4" diameter nursery pot! Which plants and products are available for shipping?

At this time, we ship from our Tropical and Perennial inventory unless otherwise indicated in the product listing that shipping is not available. We do not ship our Annuals, Nursery plants, Pest Control products, Fertilizers, Substrates & Amendments, Lawn Care products, Bulk Products, Garden Decor or Garden Accessories. These products are available for in-store pick-up only.

What are your shipping costs, timelines, and carriers?

We package and ship on Mondays to ensure your order is not held over the weekend due to any unexpected delays that may occur.

We are currently offering flat rate shipping of $35 on all Canadian orders, and ship with a variety of carriers (UPS, Purolator, and FedEx). Additional shipping fees may apply for large volume orders. Heat packs and insulation are included as needed with all shipments based on weather monitoring.

How do you prepare your plants for shipping?

We package our plants with the utmost care to avoid any damage to your plant(s). We do our best to ship tropical plants in their nursery pot, however bare root shipping may be necessary with larger plants, or when larger quantities of plants are ordered. Perennial plants will be shipped bare root.

What can I do if I have a problem with my order?

Should you have any issues with an online order shipped to you, please reach out to mel@springwatergardencenter.com within 24hrs of receiving your order with photos of the issue, as well as your order number. We will work together to find a suitable resolution.
