Shipping

We ship out orders on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid your order being delayed by circumstances outside of our control and being held over the weekend. We strive to ship all orders out on the next available ship date following the date of purchase, however delays may be incurred due to order volume. We currently use Canada Post as our primary carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout however not every system is accurate. If additional shipping fees are needed to ship your order, we will reach out directly with an update. Shipping is also available via UPS, please contact mel@springwatergardencenter.com for more information or a quote.

Shipping is at the buyers risk and expense. Plants are living things and may not always arrive in perfect condition. We use the utmost care and quality supplies when packaging your orders to ensure they arrive safely.
