Returns/Refunds
All online plant sales are final sale. Shipping is at the risk of the buyer. We strive to do all we can to package your plant with the utmost care to ensure safe shipping, however, once the package leaves our hands, any delays or damage caused in transit is out of our control.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your plants for damage and ensure your order is accurate. If you are missing items, or have received items, or there is significant damage to your plant, please reach out to mel@springwatergardencenter.com with your order number and details of your problem (including photos of damage!) within 48 hrs of receiving shipment. We will evaluate the situation and do what we can to correct it.
Non-returnable Items
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:
